Burman University has been approved to apply for funding with the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC). Building on our November 2019 NSERC approval, this SSHRC approval is another great step in progressing research on our campus.
In February of 2019, Burman submitted our application to the Tri-Council which consists of Canada’s three major research grant agencies: Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), and Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC). At this time, we have received approval from NSERC and SSHRC.
