LACOMBE, AB – Burman University’s Cabinet has approved the name change of Computer Services to the Information Technology Department. The department will continue its current services of managing, implementing, and maintaining all technology-based initiatives on campus.
“As the years have gone by, more responsibilities have been given to our department,” says Colin Hill, current director of the department. “The name change will better reflect the types of services and responsibilities that our department has been tasked with contributing to the Burman and PAA campus.”
The name change will be official as of December 1, 2017.
