If you are not able to attend a scheduled Open House or Burman UExperience weekend, come when it’s convenient for you. Schedule a visit, arrange your travel, and we will host you on campus. We'll even reimburse up to $250 (Canadian) for travel costs per student.
Upon arrival we will provide you with the following for up to two full days:
- Accommodations for you and your parent(s) or guardian(s)
- Campus tour
- Meals at the cafeteria
- Meetings with representatives from various departments (i.e. academic departments, admissions, student finance)
- Airport pick up (if needed)
Here are some details to make the most of your visit:
- Two weeks notice must be given in advance to our site coordinator in order to coordinate a campus visit
- For maximum availability of staff to meet your needs, it is best to arrange your visit so you are on campus at least one regular weekday (Monday-Thursday) or Friday morning
