Due to COVID-19 restrictions and protocols our campus visits have had to be adjusted. At this time, we are happy to welcome visitors from the province of Alberta to visit our campus. Many of our offices are still working in a virtual setting, so some components of the tour may be completed over Zoom while you are on campus. We are unable to accommodate visitors in our dorm, but if an overnight visit is needed due to travel, we can work with you to set up accommodations at a nearby hotel.

We ask that visitors wear a mask for the duration of their visit to our campus, as presented in AHS guidelines and complete the Burman Alert self assessment prior to arrival. If you are currently presenting any of the listed symptoms on the AHS website, please contact our office and reschedule your visit for another time. Ask your visit coordinator for more information

We'll even reimburse up to $250 (Canadian) for travel costs per student.

Upon arrival we will provide you with the following for up to two full days:

  • Accommodations for you and your parent(s) or guardian(s)
  • Campus tour
  • Meals at the cafeteria (may be takeout meals due to COVID-19 restrictions during the time of your visit)
  • Meetings with representatives from various departments (i.e. academic departments, admissions, student finance)
  • Airport pick up (if needed)

Here are some details to make the most of your visit:

  • Two weeks notice must be given in advance to our site coordinator in order to coordinate a campus visit
  • For maximum availability of staff to meet your needs, it is best to arrange your visit so you are on campus at least one regular weekday (Monday-Thursday) or Friday morning
