EQUITY means:

	Creating equal access to opportunity for all to realize their highest potential and thrive in their chosen life path.

	Ensuring our differences—whether race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, and other points of differences—do not mediate success, nor determine access to resources or the right to personal well-being.

	Being aware of structural inequities that may be inherited from the past, and taking active steps to correct such policies and practices. 
DIVERSITY means:
- Valuing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our student body and accounting for such diversity in our policies, procedures, and academic experience.
- Recruiting diverse staff and faculty in order to more adequately meet the needs of a diverse student body.
- Adopting a strategy of diversity in learning; that is, ensuring that various perspectives are acknowledged and incorporated in our teaching and learning experience.
INCLUSION means:
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment where all members of our campus community feel a profound sense of belonging.
- Cultivating the talents of all students, faculty, and staff, and mobilizing all members for service to our campus and the wider community.
